Speaker Agreement

Chelsea Rose Krolicki desires to digitally capture the Speaker/Expert’s presentation or interview video. The Guest Speaker/Expert acknowledges that, for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes, Chelsea Rose Krolicki will offer the Speaker's presentation or interview video to Virtual Event attendees at no cost. Here are the key points of agreement:

1. The Guest Speaker/Expert grants Chelsea Rose Krolicki the right to use their name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and professional title in whole or in part within the Recordings, Compilations, and related materials for promotional and advertising purposes. Chelsea Rose Krolicki is not obligated to use these rights.
2. The Guest Speaker/Expert provides Chelsea Rose Krolicki with the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, advertise, and publicize the Recordings without compensation (except for the Affiliate Commission as detailed in #5). Chelsea Rose Krolicki may edit the Recordings as deemed necessary. Chelsea Rose Krolicki retains worldwide rights, including copyright, in the Guest Speaker/Expert's Recording. However, the Guest Speaker/Expert retains the right to use their Recording for their own purposes.
3. Upon written request to Chelsea Rose Krolicki, the Guest Speaker/Expert will receive an electronic copy of their Recording.
4. The Guest Speaker/Expert agrees to send at least one Solo Email (two is best) and 1 newsletter blurb to their entire database during the agreed-upon promotion period. They are also encouraged to promote on all available social media platforms during this time.
5. The Guest Speaker/Expert is allowed and encouraged to make a free offer during their presentation or interview.
6. The Guest Speaker/Expert confirms they have the authority to grant this Release and fulfill its provisions. In the event of a breach, Chelsea Rose Krolicki is entitled to appropriate legal remedies.
7. The Guest Speaker/Expert agrees to indemnify and protect Chelsea Rose Krolicki from all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from inaccuracies or breaches of this Agreement. The Guest Speaker/Expert releases Chelsea Rose Krolicki from any claims related to material use.
8. This release is governed by California law, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and may only be amended in writing.
